Stroke victim with mounting medical

At only age 57, my brother, Dennis, has had a hemorrhagic stroke.  Being that he is self employed as a freelance photographer, he has no medical insurance. He has now been hospitalized for one month. His right side is currently paralyzed. His speech is improving. He has a very long road ahead.  We work with him everyday. Phonics books, flash cards, puzzles. We do our own physical therapy. Unfortunately, the hospital does not have the staff to see him, once, maybe twice a week, for a small period of time. We are looking into a private rehab nurse. Unfortunately if we don’t act quickly, the hospital is basically kicking him out. He will be put in a pool of rehabs to see who has a bed. We are beside ourselves. Please help us to help him.
