Why Would Anyone Harm This Cat?
Two weeks ago, Striped Cat was living in a wooded area near KALW's parking lot in San Francisco. He was strong and healthy and he was our dear friend for the past four years. Last week, Striped Cat was limping badly. Someone shot at him and the bullet shattered his right front leg. His upper bone was fractured and his leg could not be saved. He is now a three-legged cat and is struggling to regain his balance.
Striped Cat's medical bills are staggering. Please give what you can to help defray his medical expenses. Striped Cat is one of the gentlest, friendliest cats we've ever met and we hope he can live out the rest of his life in peace and comfort (we're trying to find his next forever home). Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated by him and by us--thank you!!
