My name is Jason Bastell I am 21 years old, I had my first kidney transplant at 6 years old and it lasted me 6 years. I have now been on dialysis for 9 years and just recently returned to the transplant list.
About Strike Out Kidney Disease:
I am raising money for the National kidney Foundation of Arizona through my Strike Out Kidney Disease Bowling event!!! This will be my second year hosting the event and we are hoping to raise more money and have even more people join us to help spread awareness about kidney disease.
The National Kidney Foundation Of Arizona helps patients with many needs from medication to transportation to awesome programs like Camp Kidney for kids on dialysis.
With your help we can raise even more money this year for this amazing foundation and with your support we can Strike Out Kidney Disease!!!!
The event will be held February 11th 2022 at Bowlero Glendale from 7pm-9:30pm ticket sales coming soon!
