The ethos behind my walk is, "wait one more minute, take one more step", whilst spreading awareness about the importance of simplicity and slowness in our lives.

<div>I’m placing great emphasis on inviting and encouraging anyone to join me along my journey for as little or as long as they’d like, to share their struggles with me as we walk and talk. I want to build a healthy community movement, encouraging people to share their burdens and struggles.

<div>Why am I asking for donations? Simply for those who have reached out generously wanting to support this message. Along my walk the money raised will go towards those who I meet that may be struggling and need help, for example doctors appointments, food and shelter. These funds will also enable me, during emergencies, to continue my journey and fulfil my purpose.

<div>For most of my adult life I’ve struggled myself with mental health issues, and the contemplation of suicide. What’s helped me the most is creating simplicity and slowness within my life, and embodying the philosophical importance of just ‘being’ and remaining present by just taking one more step. My purpose is to help those in similar position to heal.
