Introduced to the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment first in 2009, Maeve Olson has had over 8 years of exposure to the 34 strengths and the variety of applications for these strengths within the growth and development of others. She has worked and networked with both teams and individuals on interpreting assessment results, developing personal growth strategies, and intentionally fostering team development and understanding. Being that her top strength is Developer, Maeve believes that everyone has potential for further personal and professional growth and development!
GoFundMe Opportunity
Gallup holds multiple coach trainings all around the nation annually. In 2017, they hosted their Accelerated Strengths Coach Training in Minneapolis during the months of April and October. After attending an information session on becmoing a coach, Maeve instantly knew she would enjoy doing this type of work with others.
Although the week-long training to become a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach costs thousands of dollars, a special discount is allowing Maeve the opportunity to attend for much less than the total cost. All of the money raised through the GoFundMe campaign will go directly towards funding Maeve's attendance of this training in February 2018!
Donations and Coaching Sessions
In addition to supporting Maeve in reaching her goal of becoming a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, any individual who donates over $75 will receive at least one free StrengthsFinder book and online assessment along with one hour of personal coaching with Maeve!
Coaching sessions can be held in-person, over the phone, or via video conferences and are scheduled at your convenience sometime between March - December 2018.
Additionally, a grand prize of four free coaching sessions with goal-setting and personal assessments will be given away to one individual donor at the end of the campaign! These eligible donations can range anywhere from $5 to $500. Donate now to support Maeve in reaching her goal and to be eligible for this drawing coming in February 2018!

Education
Maeve Olson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Development (similar to sociology or community development work), as well as a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate. She volunteer taught English as a Second Language courses for over two years in Minneapolis, MN and greatly enjoys working with students and clients from a diverse range of backgrounds as well as varied levels of capabilities. Maeve is currently pursuing both her Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership (MASL) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). She completed her Leadership Foundations Certificate in November 2017 and is currently in the process of applying for Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification.
Experience
Having over three years of experience working within the workforce development sector, Maeve has experience in working with resumes and cover letters, coaching clients through job applications and interviews, and working with a variety of clients with a wide array of end goals.
Maeve is passionate about helping others find their individual passion and encouraging them in reaching their goals. She has experience working with a wide array of clients, ranging from clients pursuing their second or third career to students in high school and college. She believes that self-awareness is key to personal success but also knows this can be a long journey for many clients and that support along the way can make all the difference.
