A SANCTUARY FOR STREET CATS IN THE ALGARVE, near MR NO EARS’ HOMETOWN of Albufeira.
WITH YOUR HELP, our sponsors Enjoy Treasurer, promotions and fundraisers, the skills and expertise of many and our hard work, we are supporting the building and maintenance of a modern, efficient eco-friendly cat sanctuary and loving home to welcome 'at risk' street cats and abandoned domestic cats from Mr No Ears' hometown of Albufeira. The sanctuary will be up and running within 12 months.
We have managed to raise nearly €6,000 so far and if you could help us with a small donation, we would like to raise as much as possible towards materials to build the best sanctuary we can afford. We are also fundraising to contribute towards ongoing maintenance and medical costs for the residents.
We are a registered non-profit association in Portugal - Associacao Abrigo para Gatos Sr. Sem Orelhas NIPC 51532296 and our newly elected President Sandra Gasalho is a renowned 'cat rescuer' and animal advocate who built and runs a sanctuary at her home, so has much experience and advice to share.
