StoutLab for HD Youth Organisation

Donation protected
In May 2020 the Huntington's Disease Youth Organisation (HDYO) is holding its first ever International Young Adult congress in Glasgow, Scotland!  This event will be the largest ever gathering of young adults impacted in some way by Huntington's disease (HD) around the world, with an estimated 500 young attendees. The event will be incredibly meaningful and beneficial to any young adult in a HD family who attends. They will have the opportunity to meet the researchers working in the HD space, to ask questions about HD, and most importantly, to meet other young people with similar experiences.

To help get as many young adults there who can't afford to go, HDYO has set up a scholarship fund, and the Stout lab at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia is aiming to raise as much money as possible to support this fund!

To do this, we are giving up our Sunday, our sanity, and our joints to run a half marathon on the 13th of October, as part of the Melbourne Marathon series. We need the help of every person, whether touched by HD or not, to get on board and support us as we crawl to the finish line.
