Stop Winnifrith

My name is Aidan Earley, I am from New Malden in Surrey, England. I am raising money for legal costs in relation to various legal actions against Tom Winnifrith and ShareProphets ("TWS"). Some of those costs may be in relation to legal action that I am taking, but also those of others who I currently do not know but who contact me through my website to complain of any actions by TWS in relation to them and who have been, in my opinion, unfairly treated by TWS. The money will only be used against specific solicitor invoices, and will be sent either directly to the solicitor or, if the solicitor cannot accept funds directly from crowdfunding, to me. I will then pay the solicitor direct against the specific invoice published on my website. No money will be drawn down from gofundme until such time as the relevant invoice has been received by me and published on www.aidanearley.org in the litigation summary section. The first solicitor letter to Mr Winnifrith was sent on 10th January 2017.
