Stop the ULEZ expansion

We are fundraising to run a full-on campaign against the planned expansion of the London ULEZ to the A406/A205 boundary in October 2021. With the delay in the Mayoral elections to May 2021, we aim to raise the profile of this as an issue for that election and seek commitments from candidates to be Mayor to cancellation of the proposed expansion.
If it goes ahead, expansion of the zone will lead to older people and people in low-paid jobs - who can't afford to buy a new, exempt vehicle - paying £12.50 a day to drive inside the zone. It applies 24/7/365 to motorcycles, cars, light vans and minibuses and there are no resident or disabled exemptions.

Our campaign will highlight the impact on ordinary people. Not being able to visit your local hospital, see elderly parents or visit friends without paying this new tax. We won't see any improvement and it will marginalise London's outer suburbs even more.
This is how we will spend money donated:
Build our digital campaign on the web and social media - estimated cost £15,000
Deliver flyers to 100,000 homes most likely to be affected - estimated cost £15,000
A local newspaper "wrapper" on every outer London borough newspaper - estimated cost £50,000
Our target is to raise £30K by the end of this lockdown so we can target our campaign for maximum influence.
Overall we aim to raise £100,000 to maintain the campaign right through to the Mayoral elections in May 2021 and if necessary, beyond.
The campaign is being run by 3RD PARTY LTD.
We are a registered third party with the Electoral Commission (PEF number 10354) and also registered with the ICO as a data controller.
