<div>The dangerous zones right now are North and East Kenya, Tanzania, and parts of West Africa.

<div>And, this Christmas the danger is greater than ever because direct funding to grassroots women has been badly hit by the tragedies of Sudan, Gaza and Ukraine.

<div>So now <a href="https://www.frontlineendingfgm.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Anti-FGM grassroots activists</a> - most of them women - are taking direct action.
