Orange and Rockland Utilities is planning a huge electrical power substation in a rural wooded location on an historically -designated road. It is unnecessary, inappropriate, bad for property owners and , most importantly, DANGEROUS! Our PROPERTY VALUES will plummet. Our safety and peace of mind will be sacrificed. The New City Neighborhood Association, a non- profit corporation needs dollars to fight big time corporate interests who are steamrolling residents of the community. The money will be used to fund this fight. Attorneys, engineering studies and publicity is expensive. Please give whatever amount you can.
