We have claimed that the Gold Bess Shooting Club is a noise nuisance in our Pemi-Valley neighborhood with a jury trial date coming in August of 2024 and are looking for help in preparing for this and hiring experts to support our claim.

We have already paid over $60,000 over the last 3 years to get to this point and please help us in our final push to prevent this nuisance that if allowed will be forever as NH protects established gun ranges from any noise complaint once they are legally established.

Some Important notes:

• The gun range is only 450 ft from the nearest home.

• The gun range is next to a ledge wall that will echo sound up the valley and into the town of Woodstock and potentially all the way to the center of Lincoln

• The gun range site is directly adjacent to the national forest and abuts a stream that runs directly into the Pemigewassett river

• The gun range is in direct sight and sound of the Veteran's Rest Stop where PTSD is a significant risk to the health of our honored veterans!

• Some of the neighbors have had their homes here for more than a century and many of the neighbors have been here for many decades with multiple generations living here.

• The gun range abuts a new Mobile Home park that is now being built and tenants may not know the gun range is being planned until they have already rented.
