Stop the Evictions Caused by Covid 19

What's the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Foreclosures and Evictions?

1. The tenant is poor?
2. Not Working?
3. Lazy?
4. No Good?

Did I miss something?

Well let me be first to tell you that None of those Answers are correct. The Covid_19 pandemic has caused a wave of Pending Evictions and Foreclosures like you have never seen before.

Back in February, before the pandemic hit, 158 million Americans had jobs. So about one in six of them don’t, now according to an article by Marketplace.

Moody’s said the median wealth of top 10% of income earners has surged almost 200% since 1995, while the bottom 40% of income earners saw an outright decline over the same period, according to an article by Forbes

Do you get the picture? The Pandemic has Millions of Americans without jobs and without jobs they can't pay their Mortgage, Taxes or Rent.

Let me paint another picture for you using numbers.

CNCB say about 28 Million families face evictions.

Marketwatch  say about 40 Million families face evictions. The Article goes on to say

"As President Donald Trump calls for another federal eviction moratorium, a         new report has shed light on just how many Americans are facing housing               insecurity as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and the associated                         economic downturn.

Between 30 and 40 million people in the U.S. could be at risk of eviction in               the next several months, according to a report released Friday by a group of           housing researchers. The report aggregated existing research related to the         housing crisis caused by COVID-19.

The researchers said the current situation could be “the most severe                            housing   crisis” in the nation’s history.

WE ALL KNOW THAT THE 4 EXECUTIVE ORDERS THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP SIGNED DID NOT EXTEND THE EVICTION MORATORIUM AND NOR DID IT GIVE FINANCIAL RELIEF TO THE HOUSING CRISIS. EXECUTIVE ORDERS

IT WILL TAKE ABOUT $5000 FOR EACH HOME TO STOP THESE EVICTIONS AND FORECLOSURES. APARTMENT AND HOUSING RENTALS FOUNDATION INC (AHRF) HAS A PLAN TO EXTEND WHAT WE HAVE ALREADY DID FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS TO AMERICA.

AHRF IS CONFIDENT THAT PARTNERSHIPS CAN BE REACHED TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. WE KNOW THAT 500,000 DOLLARS IS NOT WHAT WE NEED, BUT IT IS A START.

WITH YOUR HELP, WE CAN START SAVING HOMES WHERE THERE IS NO MORATORIUM, WHERE THEY ARE HAVING EVICTION PRECEDING OVER THE PHONE.

HELP US, HELP YOU.
