SNIP launched a fully equipped surgery trailer in Spring of 2019 to provide LOW-COST SPAY & NEUTER in Central California to reduce shelter numbers & feral animal overpopulation! We hear the Central Valley's cries and see your overcrowded shelters! PLEASE GIVE & don't forget-it costs so much more to shelter, feed & euthanize them!
SNIP Central Valley needs sponsorship for clinics! Despite only charging residents $25-$75 per animal, each clinic costs $3,000 to provide medical supplies and a highly trained medical team!

Originally founded in the Coachella Valley in June 2016 & expanded to Monterey County summer of 2018, SNIP has provided low-cost spay/neuter services to over 10,000 dogs and cats since its inception.
“Rescue is not the solution. We are working tirelessly to stop the core issue, reproduction of unwanted animals, by making low-cost spay/neuter services widely accessible,” SNIP Founder, Melanie Scherer said. “SNIP has caused a reduction in shelters' intake by ‘snipping’ over 10,000 dogs/cats, and we look forward to doing the same here with our new mobile clinic in the Central Valley!’”
