<div>Help Stop the Destruction of the Kenvue Site
</div>
<div>Retained the Right Attorney – Andrew Bayer, Pashman Stein Walder Hayden
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why This Matters</strong>
</div>
<div>The Kenvue site—located near Grandview and Fairview Roads in Skillman, NJ—is one of the last remaining rural areas in Montgomery. If the proposed 417-unit housing development proceeds, it will cause irreversible harm to our community. The Township approved this plan without proper public input, environmental review, or infrastructure planning.
</div>
<div><strong>This development would:</strong>
</div>
<div>Destroy Protected Wetlands — Part of a Wildlife and Conservation Management Program, these wetlands help control flooding and purify our water.
</div>
<div>Overwhelm Fragile Infrastructure — Fairview Road, with its hazardous S-curve and one-lane historic bridge, cannot handle the traffic increase.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Create a Cost Burden for Taxpayers — Currently an income-producing site, redevelopment would shift the costs for roads, sewers, schools, and emergency services onto taxpayers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Destroy a Historic Building — Designed by world-renowned architect I.M. Pei, this rare piece of architectural history should be preserved.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Pose Environmental &amp; Health Risks — The site lies within the sensitive Sourland Mountain region and contains known contamination.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What We’re Doing
</div>
<div>We have retained Andrew Bayer, Chair of the Public Entity Law Practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, a highly respected New Jersey firm specializing in land use, municipal law, and litigation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our legal challenge will:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Contest the validity of the Township’s Housing Element and Fair Share Plan (HEFSP)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Halt the development of the Kenvue site
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Demand transparency, accountability, and responsible planning from our local government
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Deadline to file: August 31, 2025 — time is critical.</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
