Stolen Delivery Truck Fund

Our freezer truck was stolen the night before Thanksgiving from our factory parking lot around 2 AM. We are a small factory that manufactures frozen desserts for restaurants, hotels, cruise lines, and the Orlando theme parks.
As a result of COVID, our industry as a whole is struggling. And we are no different. Our sales have been suffering because of closures, dining restrictions, and travel restrictions. We have made changes to how we operate to compensate for the COVID losses, however, this theft is a major blow to our financial stability during COVID times. A new dependable freezer truck will cost between $75,000 and $85,000.
The stolen truck was paid off and had no monthly loan payment. The auto insurance policy only covers the current fair market value. This amount is minuscule compared to what it will cost us to replace. We also made an attempt to make a claim against our Commercial Property insurance policy. At this moment we have no traction.
We are seeking financial assistance to help us cover the replacement of a new truck, legal fees to fight the insurance company, and the rental fees for the freezer truck we are currently using.

Our employees are dedicated individuals with families and personal expenses and depend on their job to live. We are already reducing their hours and we don't want them to suffer financially anymore as a result of this loss. Please assist us in any way you can.

UPDATE: 12/12/2020 - The insurance company has still not committed a dollar amount for the loss. They have not been unable to determine a true fair market value. It has been a frustrating process.
The rental truck bills are stacking up and it is unclear if our insurance will cover all rental expenses.
We have been searching for an affordable replacement truck in our price range. Most used trucks with freezer units that are within our price range have over 300,000. This high mileage is too high of a risk for us. If the truck breaks repair bills could be atrinomical.
If you could donate a small $1 donation or a $20 donation it adds up. This will help offset the down payment on a truck and hopefully keep our payment in a range that will not cause us to cut employee hours too much. Please share if you can.
