Stoker's wheelchair

Stoker's hind end hips are lame both sides..hes still getting around w/sling & some on his own BUT is pretty much ground bound.Thank God he has Micky to play with. I dont have 20,000 for hip replacements but we do swimming hydro & pain control. A wheelchair would improve the quality of his 2 1/2 yr. Old life! T.I.A.
