Kickstart Stigma Free Initiative in Springfield NJ

Dear Friends,

Stigma Free Springfield was started by a small group of Springfield residents to shine a light on mental health. 

The Springfield STIGMA-FREE Initiative is a town-wide program which aims to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and addiction. We are not an official part of the township but an independent organization.  It is our intention to seek non profit status. 

We have presented several successful and well-attended programs but anticipate the need to fund other events and programs in the future. 

We need your help.  We would like to raise money to cover the costs for upcoming events and 501c3 (non profit status) application:

Estimate of costs prior to 501c3 status:

$300 for 501c3 
$300  for art contest prizes/expenses/printing
$100 Website expenses (theme upgrade/plugins)
$50 Misc (including gofundme fees)

So far we've been using funds within our small group, but realize we are in a tough spot before we get our non-profit status.

All money will cover any fees from gofundme and the rest will go to cover above.
Any surplus will be designated to expenses for future events/programs for Stigma Free Springfield.
