Stevie’s Night

This is for our boy Stevie.
Stevie is a young 36 year old man who was diagnosed in September 2017 with bowel metastatic cancer which means that the cancer was in the bowel but also spread to his lungs, it was stage 4 cancer. He had chemo for this and it was successful.
In January this year the cancer came back in his lungs which is what he is being treated for now. It’s known as secondary cancer.
As you can understand, being sick takes its toll on a person emotionally and physically, however there is also financial strain when you’re sick and unable to work.
We want to help him, we are also having Stevie’s Night on the Gold Coast at the Croatian Sports Centre to lend out a helping hand.
Any bit counts, Stevie and his family will appreciate any help they can get.
We as a community would like to show them we are there for him and want to help him.
