My name is Catherine Burch and I am trying to raise funds to lay my father, Steven Warrington, to rest.

He had a kindness to him that could surprise even those who had known him for years. From the time I can remember, he always had a Bible handy and was enthusiastic in spreading the word to anyone who wanted to hear it, but even more to those who didn't know they needed to hear it.

For the past few years after retiring, he spent much of his time in prison ministry and doing devotionals at elder care facilities.

He went above and beyond, assisting the prisoners with contacting legal assistance, family members, and even providing housing, money, and transportation after release with no expectation of reimbursement.

He passed very suddenly on Jan. 27th at his home in Kite, GA.

Due to unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances, his family has not been allowed access to his home and/or belongings to locate any financial or life insurance documentation to assist with the costs of covering his final expenses.

I would like to have my father taken care of with the basic dignity everyone should have. If he has ever made an impact in your life and you can and would like to contribute, any assistance at all would be very much appreciated.
