There was this guy... You know, the kind of person you instantly connect with. A Friend. A Brother. A Mentor. A protector. A Father. A Husband.
The kind of guy you could call at 3 pm or 2 am and know he would be there.
A man that would do random acts of kindness daily.
A man that put Fun in all he did.
I know this is not what Steve had planned. I'm certain He will continue to look over all of those he loved. One day we will see him again and get one of those gigantic bear hugs...until then we will keep him in our broken hearts that are mending because of the honesty, kindness, generosity and love he shared with us.
So, this is Not goodbye...Just Goodbye for now.
The Goal of this campaign is to raise the funds required to have a Memorial Bench installed and maintained in the Niagara Region in Stephens memory. A place we all can go to have a chat and remember Steve. A place to go to tell him stories or just sit.
Stephens Wife Agnes will be in charge of the final expenses and an monies exceeding those needed for the bench will be donated to 4PAWS Rescue in Beamsville.
