Furor Musicus heeft tijdens de diverse Corona lockdowns twee CD’s opgenomen, die we na een jaar stilte voor zowel musici als publiek graag met U zouden willen kunnen delen. De CD’s zullen deze zomer als dubbel-cd worden uitgebracht bij het label Globe.
Op beide CD’s staat grotendeels nog niet eerder opgenomen repertoire voor viool continuo uit de 17e-eeuw uit twee Europese archieven. Op CD1 staan 9 sonates uit het Di Martinelli Archief, waarin voor elke sonate de viool anders moest worden gestemd. Op CD2 staan uitsluitend werken uit de Kromeriz Music Collection.
Het kost ons, los van de kosten voor de opname, €6500,- om deze productie, waar niet alleen heel bijzonder repertorie op staat, maar die ook nog eens prachtig vorm zal worden gegeven, uit te laten brengen. Dit betreft kosten voor ontwerp, vertaling en fabricage. Ons werk is gedurende het afgelopen jaar zo goed als stil is komen te liggen, wij zouden Uw financiële steun dan ook erg waarderen.

Furor Musicus recorded 2 CD’s during the corona lock downs in 2020/21. After a year of silence for both musicians and audience, we’d really like to be able to share these with you. The CD’s will be released by the label Globe this summer.
We recorded unknown 17th repertoire from two different European archives. CD1 contains 9 sonates from the Di Martinelli Collection. All 9 sonates are for violino in scordatura, which means that for every sonata the violin had to be tuned differently. CD2 contains compositions from the Kromeriz Music Collection.
This production, that does not only contain incredible repertoire, but that will also be designed beautifully, will cost €6500,-. This is ll for the expenses we made for the translation, the design and the actual manufacturing of the CD’s. After not having been in the position to perform a lot during the last year, we would really appreciate your help.
