<div>Op 16 januari 2025 zakten, rond het middaguur, 40 melkveekoeien van biologische boerderij, de Bonte Parels, door de vloer van de stal en belandden in de mestkelder. Boer Rutger en boerin Christianne waren op dat moment vlakbij de stal, schrokken zich wezenloos, maar hadden gelukkig de helderheid om direct 112 te bellen. Binnen 10 minuten kwamen de eerste hulpverleners het erf opgereden en werd een intensieve reddingsactie op touw gezet. Na inzet van een geweldig team van brandweerlieden, veeartsen en vele andere helpers, zijn gelukkig alle 40 koeien gered. De stal is echter onherstelbaar beschadigd en staat op instorten. Zonder een veilige stal kunnen de koeien niet terug naar hun vertrouwde plek.

<div>Dit traumatisch incident heeft zeer grote gevolgen voor de dieren en ook voor het gezin Hennipman en hun bedrijf. Het verlies van de stal betekent een enorme financiële en emotionele klap voor het gezin dat reeds 15 jaar hard werkt om het bedrijf duurzaam draaiende te houden, waarbij ze niet alleen voor biologische omschakeling hebben gekozen maar ook hun bedrijf educatief open hebben gesteld voor kinderen en lokale bewoners voorzien van ambachtelijke, biologische zuivelproducten van hun eigen melk.

<div>Het draaiend houden van de melkvee tak op een tijdelijke locatie vraagt op dit moment veel van de ondernemers. Daarnaast hebben zij ook op organisatorisch gebied alle steun nodig die ze kunnen krijgen.
