Sterling Jay’s Heart Fund

Donation protected
Our 23-day old son, Sterling Jay Guerrero is hospitalized with RSV at North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, TX; as a result of RSV he is having continued heart problems, SVT; he’s being treated with three different heart medications, we’ve been at the Pediatric ICU for three days; don’t how long he will remain hospitalized. Once he is released (unknown at this time) he will most likely require daily heart medication for 6 months to a year.

Sterling’s Pediatric Cardiologist has diagnosed him with Wolf-Parkinson-White Syndrome: In 1930, Wolff, Parkinson, and White described a series of young patients who experienced paroxysms of tachycardia and had characteristic abnormalities on electrocardiography (ECG). [1] Currently, Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome is defined as a congenital condition involving abnormal conductive cardiac tissue between the atria and the ventricles that provides a pathway for a reentrant tachycardia circuit, in association with supraventricular tachycardia (SVT).

PICU is the most expensive of all stays at any hospital, we need help defraying the cost of his treatment and stay at the hospital, thanks in advance!
