<div>This January, I’m taking on a daily ice bath challenge — every single day, come rain, frost or snow — to support Climbing Out, a charity that helps adults rebuild their lives after trauma, life-changing injury, illness or loss.
</div>
<div>Climbing Out played a real part in my own journey in 2025.
</div>
<div>By attending one of their programmes, I was supported in rebuilding confidence, resilience and belief in myself again. Their approach — combining challenge, personal development, outdoor activity and community — helped me reconnect with strength I didn’t realise I still had.
</div>
<div>Climbing Out doesn’t just offer activities — it gives people the tools to take back control of their mindset, emotions and behaviour after trauma. Their programmes combine outdoor activities, personal development coaching and strong community support so participants can learn confidence, resilience and self-belief. �
