<div>Since 2018, I've been experimenting with various ways to heal from a chronic arthritic condition along with Stiff Muscle fluctuations in my legs, causing movement difficulties.
</div>

<div>While it's been the most challenging chapter of my life, I finally found a healing method that's been working the best (as well as the best position for me) and I'm ready to take them to the next level.
</div>

<div>Since 2021, I've been using the hybrid scientific work of Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditative practices for healing. As a result, symptoms have been reduced dramatically. 
</div>

</div>
<div>I had the opportunity to go to his San Diego Weeklong Advanced Retreat with other students who have studied the science of the work and applied it to our daily meditative practices. 
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a result, I got off my cane and walked more consistently than I ever had in the years following the event. However, stiffness and inconsistent movements are still around for now. I've also got further help going to the Nashville retreat which was more challenging but revealed to me a lot of blocks holding me back in stepping into my next level.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>MY NEXT GOAL</strong> is to increase range-of-motion in my legs and back so I can actually lift my knee parallel to my hips, sit upright, and walk normally without being hunched over.  
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Right now a 12-Week Chiropractic Treatment would help for getting my spine aligned and assist the daily work I'm doing at home and at these retreats in helping my nervous system communicate better.
</div>

</div>
<div>That 12-week treatment will come out to $3500 and $400 for consistent travel to &amp; from.
</div>

</div>
<div>Getting ideal spine posture will greatly assist and help the daily work I’m already doing as well as the work I do when I attend the retreats.
</div>

<div>This is CRITICAL because after being reliant on a cane for almost 5 years (now almost 2 years OFF it since my first retreat--[LET'S GO!!] ), the spine posture was misaligned as many of you have seen my walking posture in-person.
</div>

</div>
<div>And if you feel called and want to help with me with another retreat or two, I would appreciate that too. (They could come out to $3500) and one advance follow-up retreat (which I calculated up to $2251). <div>While I do have another retreat or two in my foresight, my MAIN FOCUS now is a 12-Week Chiropractic Treatment.

<div>Originally this page was for helping me get back to being 100% health-wise and also funding resources to do some remote work to be a lot more self sufficient.

<div>But I decided to ONLY focus on the improving my health here, as by the love of my Creator I have a Part-Time Virtual Assistant position (helping holistic healers build their businesses online funny enough).
</div>

<div>And while I've been DONE calling it a "Healing Journey", I've gotten the greatest insight in this WHOLE process:

<div>I spent most of the last decade contracting and resisting being in a body I don’t want instead of embracing and focusing on the body I DO want.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The biggest takeaway I had from my last retreat (that a lot of you so kindly helped me with) was that I still cared too much about what others thought of me, my progress, and the life I’m aiming for.
</div>

</div>
<div>My man Dr. Joe Dispenza says it best:

<div>“WHERE YOU PLACE YOUR ATTENTION, IS WHERE YOU PLACE YOUR ENERGY.”
</div>

<div>For almost more than 20 years, I’ve lived more an energy of CONTRACTION against a life I don’t want.
</div>

</div>
<div>And that mental and emotional contraction has manifested as ACTUAL physical muscle contractions (starting in 2009).
</div>

</div>
<div>Now as I look on this next phase of my life, I focus only on EXPANSION towards my IDEAL LIFE…my DREAM LIFE.
</div>
