<div>As many of you may know by now, Stephen has had a shock diagnosis of AML (Acute Myeloid Leukaemia) a very aggressive for of blood cancer.

<div>Due to this diagnosis, Stephen has been in hospital for the past month, bravely fighting and doing everything he can to stay positive and strong. He underwent 7 days straight of 24hr chemotherapy to remove the cancerous cells. There have been some extremely difficult days, being rushed into intensive care late at night, constatly blood checkups and transfusions

<div>He now faces a long and difficult recovery of the next 6 months. With the uncertainty that the chemotherapy has done it's work as we wait to see how Stephen's body responds in the healing process.

<div>Many of you have offered help in any form and have shared an outpouring of love and positive support that has helped Stephen get through the initial periods of his treatment. He now faces regular visits to the hospital, months without work and possible additional medical costs.

<div>He hates to ask for this, but this is his reality. He has an amazing support system helping him with his close family, but any financial aid to help Stephen through this period and to help him get back on his feet will be praised greatly by his family.
