Memorial Fund for Stephanie Lease
After a long struggle with many medical issues related to her liver failure, my mother, Stephanie Ann Lease passed away the morning of November 7, 2014. What we thought would be another routine visit to the hospital to help manage her condition took a horrible turn for the worse and caught us by surprise when her body was unable to keep fighting and began to rapidly shut down.
My mom was born on October 29, 1956 in Covina, CA and was 58 years young. She left behind two daughters, Nicole Hoenig and Ciara Job and a son, Daniel Kibbe as well as five grandchildren Greg Guerry, Bradley Guerry, Savannah Hoenig, Casey Hoenig, Brooklyn Kibbe and not to forget her two beloved dogs, Dakota and Zoey.
Since my mom was so young and this came much earlier than expected, she had no final plans in place for her funeral arrangements or the associated costs. I am reaching out to my friends and family for support in this time of need. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The viewing will be 11/18/2014 between 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m.
The funeral service will be 11/19/2014 at 2:00p.m.
