Stephanie Bradshaw Taglietta Memorial Fund

Stephanie Bradshaw Taglietta, age 43, passed away peacefully on September 4th, 2021, at her home in Milltown, New Jersey with her husband, daughters, and the rest of her immediate family by her side.

Stephanie's family is establishing a memorial fund in her name to support the future life expenses of her daughters Olivia Grace (11) and Ava Lily (7) including but not limited to education, wellness, and medical costs. A trust fund will be established in their names and the funds raised here will be placed into this trust. The family requests donations be made to this fund in lieu of flowers.

Stephanie is the daughter of Stephen and Barbara Bradshaw. She grew up in Old Bridge, New Jersey and graduated from Bishop George Ahr High School, Class of 1996. After high school, she attended Rowan University graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in English. Most notably, she was the uncredited fifth champion of the TriWizard Tournament of 1994.

After graduating in 2001, Stephanie began her career at Entertainment On Location in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, as an event planner for large-scale events and festivals like the Philadelphia 4th of July Parade and Fireworks celebration. In that position, Stephanie perfected her uncanny ability to organize extraordinary, fun events and craft memorable moments for family, friends, and clients. Stephanie loved that work but later found her true calling in Real Estate, working hand-in-hand with her father and business partner, Steve. Throughout her career, she won the Circle of Excellence Sales Award from the NJ State Realtors’ Association many times. More importantly, she was known for caring deeply about her clients and for her incredible attention to detail making the home buying/selling experience seamless and enjoyable for all of those who had the pleasure to work with her.

In 2004, Stephanie married her college sweetheart, Michael Taglietta, and they were happily married for 16 years. They originally met at Rowan’s Magnolia Hall when Stephanie was Mike’s R.A. before they began dating in 2000. In their early dating years, Mike learned that Stephanie was a fierce competitor at board games and that her infectious laugh could brighten any day. They shared a love of the Fall season and threw iconic Halloween parties, sporting some of the best Halloween costumes around including Doc & Marty from Back to the Future, Bob Ross & a Painting and the burglars Harry & Marv from Home Alone. When they didn’t do a matching costume, Stephanie could be found rocking one of her classic witch costumes and cackling the night away. They enjoyed date nights, going to the movies, and day trips.

As a mother to her two daughters, Olivia & Ava, Stephanie was loving, fun, creative, patient and unfailingly kind, turning the mundane into something extraordinary with ease. At the Taglietta house, it was common to walk in on spontaneous dance parties, often to Ice, Ice Baby where she taught Olivia and Ava all the lyrics, elaborate forts of blankets and pillows, or countless crafts and drawings papering the walls and surfaces (all while taking great care to ensure nothing got on their clothes or hair….on most days). She read to them, sang to them, and would not hesitate to spend hours calming and soothing them in challenging moments. With her experience in event planning paired with her adventurous creativity, every birthday, holiday, vacation, and milestone with her girls was a beautiful experience enmeshed with thoughtfulness and love.

Stephanie was a Jersey Shore girl through and through and she loved spending time at the beach and the boardwalk. She vacationed in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey her entire life, where she adored riding bikes with Mike and their girls on the boardwalk and could be found monopolizing a skee ball lane or enjoying her favorite rides. One of her favorite beach traditions was ringing in the New Year in Long Branch with her closest friends despite the frigid temperatures. It was all about the joy of the moment with Stephanie and sharing it with the people she cared about.

Stephanie also loved cheesy Halloween movies like Hocus Pocus, baking her famous chocolate chip cookies, Hallmark movies, hosting holiday dinners, watching comedy shows like Friends, Gilmore Girls, and Schitt’s Creek, and planning an annual “Siblings Day” outing with her sister, Jennifer, and brother, Robert. She loved going to the movies and always arrived with enough time for the trailers (unless they featured Vin Diesel who she apparently had a general disdain for). She had an unwavering love for Harry Potter, reading the books to her girls every night, watching the movies on repeat, and insisting everyone in her life knew their Hogwarts house. As a loveable, good hearted Slytherin, she embraced the magical and made the world around her beyond enchanting.

In short, Stephanie was a fierce, fierce friend, sister, aunt, godmother, daughter, wife, and mother. She was pure magic and this is how she will be remembered--- Always.

Stephanie is survived by her husband Michael A. Taglietta, her two daughters, Olivia and Ava; Parents Stephen G. Bradshaw and Barbara A. Bradshaw of Old Bridge NJ; Sister Jennifer L. Grosso and brother-in-law Thomas A. Grosso and their two children Sofia and Gabriel from East Brunswick NJ; Brother Robert G. Bradshaw and his partner Robert S. Suzzi Valli from New York, NY.

Thank you for helping our family honor and celebrate Stephanie's memory and build a strong future for her children.
