I was diagnosed with a Neurological disease called Ataxia. Unfortunately , My goals and dreams have changed. I have good and very bad days, and I fear getting worse; choking to death is a disturbing but realistic fear of mine as an ataxia victim. I fall almost everday, my speech is often slurred and I am slowly loosing muscle control.
Over the last year I have researched and visited a Stem Cell Therapy Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. Former Ataxia patients really benefited from the treatment, its the only temporary treatment out there. FDA ,as of yet, has not approved Stem Cell Therapy in the United States which makes it very expensive. Like almost $23,000 !!!!
This is not a cure although will DELAY my symptoms.
Keep me out of a wheelchair!!!!
