Stem Cell Therapy for Back and Spine Issues

On March 23, 2017 I was struck by a driver that was texting and driving. Little did I know until months later I would suffer from debilitating chronic pain after spine surgery nearly a year later.  I was forced to quit my job of 22 years because they were unable to accommodate my physical limitations. I have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, disc protrusion, facet arthropathy, lumbar disc degeneration, restless leg syndrome, and spinal stenosis. Due to the typical government red tape, my social security disability claim has been denied twice and I am currently awaiting an administrative hearing before a judge that will hopefully look at the medical facts and let them speak for themself. I have also been diagnosed with multiple precursors of Parkinson’s disease for which there is no cure. While I am grateful for wonderful health insurance, it does not cover the one procedure that has been highly recommended to have the best chance at restoring some of my quality of life, which is a stem cell therapy procedure. Stem cells have proven to be effective for chronic spine conditions because they can help regenerate cartilage, joint fluid, reduce inflammation, and give the body the ingredients needed to repair itself naturally. Like everything in life, there are no guarantees, but I have faith in my medical team that this is my best option. I’m missing the majority of the bottom left disc in my spine as I had a laminectomy and microdiscectomy, the same surgeries that have long plagued Tiger Woods illustrious career.
