STEM Boxes for Underserved Families amid Pandemic
On behalf of Project Empower Organization, we are raising money to build STEM boxes to gift to underserved families and to students who have had their summer programs cancelled. We recognize that this time has presented several challenges to our community and to communities nationwide, and we hope that our free STEM boxes can help brighten up the days of our fellow community members. We also recognize, as rising college freshman, that our summer programs were some of our fondest memories and were very influential in helping shape our interests. With our STEM boxes, we hope to create a way for students to still have that excitement of a summer program during quarentine. Currently, we are focusing on getting enough funds to supply free STEM boxes to 200 Middleton Cross Plains area families who regularly visit the district's meal/supply distribution site during the pandemic. We thank you so much for your time and ask that you please awknowledge and support our mission.
Warmest wishes,
Project Empower Team
