Hi, my name is Stella. I’m a playful and somewhat introverted dog, I enjoy long walks and cuddle time. I was rescued a little over 2 years ago by my new loving family after years of abuse and left abandoned at a shelter with my sister who was adopted 3 months before me . Sadly I have been plagued by an old injury that was caused by my previous owner, I have to get a surgery on one of my legs and even though my leg healed my body is rejecting the plate the beautiful doctors put in. The plate needs to get removed as it causes frequent infections, and makes me take lots of pills that make me sick. My new family takes me to the groomers, plays with me, and work hard so I can be safe in a place that I call HOME . All I’m asking is for any assistance that I can get to assist with my surgery and recovery so I can run, play, sleep, be pain free so I can stay with my family for a long long time! ❤️
