Steffan's 5k for 15 Square

I want to fundraise for the charity 15 Square (formerly NORM UK) - Male intimate health - Advice for health issues to prevent unnecessary/over prescribed medical circumcision of men and boys. Support for those adversely affected. Providing guidance for doctors and education resources for young people to help them help themselves avoid intimate health issues.

I will wear an embarrassing banana costume for the entire 5k run if donations surpass the £1,000 target.

 

I have never run 5k before and I’ve had post viral ME/chronic fatigue syndrome (similar to long Covid but caused by a different virus, for those unfamiliar) for 14 years so this will be quite a challenge, I also have fibromyalgia (yes it's possible to have both :/).

 

Any amount you can spare to help to reach my target is appreciated, thanks!
