Scholarship Fund for Black Womb Healers

First of all, thank you. Thank you to my community and customers who have been supporting Steamy Chick . The proceeds from course sales made it possible to found the Peristeam Hydrotherapy Institute to train practitioners to be able to support so many people receive benefits from vaginal steaming. Supervising practice clients I hear of so many successful cases -- infections going away, recovery from birth injuries, conception after struggling with years of infertility, getting rid of menstrual cramps, shrinking fibroids and so many more.
I have been training practitioners since 2017 and have worked hard to create certification programs that train professionals how to use steam for various situations including uterine fatigue, infections, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, absent periods, irregular cycles, adolescence, postpartum care, pelvic organ prolapse, miscarriage, pain during sex, sexual abuse recovery, fertility, menopause and postmenopause.
I also commissioned a study called the Fourth Trimester Vaginal Steam Study which was successfully showing the positive benefits of using steam for postpartum recovery.
Although steaming is an age-old practice universally used around the world, the Peristeam Hydrotherapy Institute is the first to use evidence-based case studies to train practitioners how to skillfully use steam in a large number of situations.
To date I have certified over 800 practitioners from various professional fields including midwives, doulas, acupuncturists, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, family medical doctors, massage therapists and estheticians.
My practitioners are doing so much great work in the community and I would like to be able to open a scholarship fund in order to train even more practitioners who can continue to bring this gentle care -- especially within under-served minority communities.
The funds raised will be used to cover tuition fees for certification. Certification courses include information on how to create tailored steam schedules, make herbal formulas, analyze menstrual cycle imbalances, do intake forms, start a business and give first aid in emergency situations.
I am already actively training practitioners but would like to raise enough income to offer ongoing community scholarships for the beginning of the 2021 school year. These scholarships will be offered to BIPOC professionals who integrate steaming into their services but would like to train further with the Peristeam Hydrotherapy Institute.
Please help me to establish a scholarship fund to offer tuition to these incredibly valuable professionals capable of bridging the menstrual and reproductive healthcare gap with this gentle practice.
