Staying positive but hoping for a lil more help

Han mitakuyapi!
So, we are 7 months into our cancer journey! We just started our 5th round of chemotherapy 2 weeks ago. Currently we are inpatient at Sanford. Josiah started having reactions to some of his meds this round. We truly appreciate prayers throughout everything!! I do believe we are making progress with the extra support brought on through prayers!
Here's where I'm asking for lil more financial help. Our transmission is going out in our vehicle. It's no longer safe to travel back and forth to Fargo. I am asking for any financial help with securing us a safe vehicle. I do not qualify for any traditional car loans. I'm a single mama, I'm on disability for myself and we were already struggling financially before my son got sick. I found out the transmission was going out the week before we were to start our 5th round of treatment. That was an unbelievable amount of stress to take on. Then we started our first week of chemo and then he started having reactions at the end of that week and got hospitalized the following Mon. We remain here in Sanford, with a possibility of discharge this Wed if his ammonia and creatine counts stay down.
I did ask around for help with travel thru IHS, friends, possible rides from Sanford itself but non of these options could help us if we needed immediate transportation. We run the risk of needing to jump in our vehicle and head north very quickly if reaction symptoms start presenting. I'm pretty good at noticing changes in my son that would require medical assistance but having to call around last minute and wait for responses is causing me even more additional stress.
He says he will survive this! He's doing his part to stay positive and I need to do my part and get him back and forth safely
Just an FYI, I used previous GoFundMe funds to pay ahead 9 months on our monthly home bills. I don't have to worry about keeping a roof over our heads till Oct!
Anything is appreciated!
From Josiah and myself, we are very thankful and grateful for all the support we're received!
