<div>Hi, I’m Eric. I’m 56, originally from New York, now in Valencia, Spain — and I’m working hard to rebuild after a complete life reset.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After years of stability, a cascade of events — housing loss, economic instability, and a lack of support systems — left me starting over from scratch. I’ve stayed mobile, focused, and determined. This week, I secured a safe place to stay, giving me a short window to stabilize and move forward with clarity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Here’s what I’m doing right now:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Applying for short-term and remote jobs (hospitality, tech help, writing, English tutoring)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Preparing to engage with social services and mental health support
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Searching for affordable housing or volunteer-for-accommodation options beyond this month
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>This fundraiser will help cover basic needs while I bridge to long-term stability.</strong> I’m not in crisis today — I’ve done the work to step out of that space — but I’m still working with limited resources.

<div>If you can contribute or share, you’ll be helping turn this critical pause into real progress. I’ll be transparent about how funds are used and where this journey leads.

<div>Thanks for reading — and for believing in forward motion.
