Nature Sparkling Wine - Biologic Project

So I would like to raise some money for a natural bubbly wine project. We are 10'000 euros short so any donation would help us greatly.
We would like to buy this place for joining a community of totally natural wine makers from start to finish. No chemicals, added sugars or yeast or machines are used. The whole process from starting in the vineyard to bottling is free of any chemicals and sulphites that are normally in wines that are mass produced. It is 100% wine juice only. This small land that is pictured has a great cave where we would be making the wine with like minded people who share the same values in producing wine that is totally natural.
Our plan is to raise funds to benefit the community in creating a welcoming and beautiful environment where people can visit and learn the ways of creating natural and organic ways of winemaking.
All funds will be used for the start up of a new project that works side by side with local people of our area. We believe that producing natural ways of winemaking is a very important aspect of our lives giving an appreciation to wines and the grapes in a traditional way that has been lost in mass production of the last century.
Along with our wine making project we would also like to use the funds for creating a DIY sauna. My partner in this project has discovered he has Limes disease in his brain, and he has been naturally trying to fight the illness. It is known that the bacteria cannot stand high temperatures so the sauna, especially in winter times helps him significantly. Limes disease has had a huge impact on his life, making things more difficult to do, becoming more tired and slow. So having this project for him would benefit his well being as he can take his time in creating natural wine. He just loves the natural and traditional ways of making wine.
