Start a Pride Parade in Lincoln Ne

We need money to have 1st ever Pride Parade in Lincoln Nebraska in 2020. The money raised would help with overall cost of actually having a Parade here in Lincoln, Nebraska. The cost are as follows:
$145 Lincoln city Parade Permit (DONE)
$45 Noise Permit (Done)
$400-$600 signs to block off parking meters on the route ($10 per meter) (5 paid)
$1,500 LPD (Police) escorts on the route
$5,000 -$6,000 to block off major intersections ($560 per intersection)
$1,000-$1,710 for advertising to get the word out of when it is happening
This is the Parade Route we would like to have:
corner of 17th and K start.
march down 17th to O street
turn on O street west and March to 10th street.
Ending on corner of O and 10th.
