Stanley's Fight for Life: Support Needed

Our beloved daschund stanley was ruthlessly attacked by a yellow lab at a "dog friendly" gathering. Stanley sustained life threatening injuries including throat lacerations, punctures in his cranium through his sinus and a double fractured jaw. His surgery will be extensive and we were quoted 9000 to 13000 for his surgery. Any help greatly appreciated. We think we might be able to come up with half the amount. SOS Save our stan please.
