Always jovial and selflessly dedicated to helping others, he touched countless lives. We now ask for your support in honoring his memory by standing with his family during this difficult time.

<div>Cesar leaves behind his wife, Alina, their two daughters, Brenda and Nara, and his brother, Jorge, who are now trying to pick up the pieces after this sudden loss.
