Ron has been with the company for more than 40 years, and I would put him up against anyone as the best excavator operator in the entire state. His skill, work ethic, and dedication are unmatched — but even more impressive is the kind of person he is.

On top of everything they're already facing, they are also raising their 4-year-old grandson, Mavryck, whom they lovingly adopted. This family has shown incredible strength, love, and resilience through every challenge that's come their way.
