Standing With Noah

Noah Nash-Watson is a 3 year old superhero. In his short lifetime, he beat cancer at 7 months old. Then. shortly after his 3rd Birthday in June, 2017, his parents’ worst nightmare occurred for a second time- the cancer returned. The cancer presented as a mass that had eaten through Noah's orbital bone and sinuses and was touching on his brain. Later tests confirmed further masses on his femur and pelvic bone. On July 21, 2017, Noah was admitted to the oncology ward at Sick Kids Hospital, had a port inserted (again) and treatment began. Since then, Noah has endured 6 months of chemotherapy, which did not change the mass as well as was hoped, and he is now on round 2 of another 6 months of chemotherapy. This little superhero has had countless MRI’s, CT Scans & X-rays, as well as many, many other procedures, but is always ready with a smile! Noah’s parents and two sisters have faced an incredibly difficult journey for almost all of Noah’s life, and remain focused on doing what they can for Noah. Their lives have changed dramatically, and we want to do something to bring them some light. On top of being a hugely emotional and terrifying journey, cancer is expensive and adds many additional costs to a family’s life. A fundraiser for Noah and his family will be held at Town Brewery in Whitby on Sunday, February25, 2018 from….. Tickets are $25/person and 100% of the proceeds go to Noah and his family!
