<div>Our dear friend, Nithyanand Reddy Gannu (Nandhu), is a kind, hardworking, and caring 26-year-old from a farming background whose life changed after a devastating accident.
</div>
<div>Doctors have officially declared Nandhu <strong>brain dead</strong> and he remains on life support 
</div>
<div>He suffered multiple serious injuries, including a severe fracture that required emergency surgery. While his family hoped that surgery would be the first step toward recovery, he developed a rare and life-threatening condition known as cerebral fat embolism, a condition in which fat droplets from a fractured bone travel through the bloodstream and affect the brain, causing multiple clots in the brain.

<div>He is currently in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), on a ventilator, under the constant care of trauma specialists, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and critical care physicians. <strong>His condition remains critical, and his family and friends are hoping and praying for positive signs of recovery.</strong>
