Standing with Meryl in her time of need

Donation protected
The day before Meryl Bishop was to visit her homeland, South Africa, she suffered a debilitating stroke.  God mercifully allowed this to happen while she was still in Maine and not yet traveling.  Meryl had surgery and is presently in the hospital, slowly beginning her journey to recovery.

When we think of Meryl, we picture her radiant smile, a presence full of grace and her sweet spirit.  As Stonecroft’s National Prayer Consultant (volunteer) and a former national representative, Meryl has been a beacon to this ministry and our dear friend.  For those who have been blessed to hear her testimony, attend one of her (Lighthouse) “Keeping Watch” Prayer sessions or to experience her zeal for sharing the Gospel, you know her loving spirit and heart for Jesus Christ.

This is a time for us to stand in the gap for Meryl by faithfully praying for her and coming alongside her financially in her journey to recovery. There will be substantial medical, rehab and home care expenses that will not be covered.  Since Meryl lives alone, she will need someone at home with her for an unknown number of months.

Thank you in advance for prayerfully considering how you can help Meryl.  And, please share this page with others.

Blessings to you,
Roxanne Kamichoff, Stonecroft sister (NJ) & Janine Pieterse, Meryl’s niece (CO)
