<div>My name is Oleksandr Soroka, and I am organizing this fundraiser for my brother, Andrii Balyk, and his family, who live in Springfield, Missouri.

<div>Andrii was recently detained by ICE because his immigration documents had expired, the same situation faced by many families who came to the United States under the U4U (Uniting for Ukraine) or TPS programs. He is currently being held in detention while he awaits his court hearing.

<div>His wife, Maryna Balyk, and their young daughter Jasmine are waiting for him at home here in Springfield, Missouri. With Andrii detained, the family has been left without income, while the everyday bills continue to come.

<div>All funds raised will go directly to Andrii’s wife, Maryna Balyk, in Springfield, Missouri, to help the family cover their essential needs during this time, including:
