<div>We have very recently found out that <strong>Brad Coleman has been diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma, a cancer of smooth muscle.</strong> What started as a spot on his face very quickly developed into six different spots in his body, including his lungs.
</div>

<div><strong>Background Info</strong>

</div>
<div>Brad and Marcia quickly made an appointment with a good friend, Dr. Chris Hall at Shea Clinic. Chris did a biopsy at the end of August and had a follow-up on September 3rd to let the family know about the possible/likely diagnosis. Chris has truly been a Godsend by expediting the process and advocating for Brad. From there, we were put in touch with West Clinic, met with oncologists, and had a plan for a PET scan and another biopsy to check for other areas that were of concern.

<div>This past week, Brad had surgery/biopsy on September 8th with Dr. Hall. During the biopsy, Dr. Hall was incredible and was able to biopsy spots on his face and neck. He was able to remove a large tumor on his lymph node in one piece.
</div>

</div>
<div>Shortly after, we received results from a PET scan that revealed that the cancer has spread to as many as six other areas in his body.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Our Plan</strong>:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Because of how rare this cancer is, our plan is to go to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. </strong>We have an appointment for <strong>Monday September 21</strong> at MD Anderson. We are overwhelmed with gratitude. We have seen God work in truly miraculous ways. Please pray for the medical teams to have discernment and clarity on how to effectively treat Brad’s cancer.

<div>Over the past few days, we have been incredibly blessed to have doctors advocate for us, make plans for us, and reassure us of the best possible care that can be received at MD Anderson.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>We are trusting in God, His faithfulness, and the plan that the doctors create for us.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We have had so many people reach out to us with prayer and love.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>We have no idea what treatment will look like, and this is all so unexpected. These funds will go towards:</strong>
</div>
<ul>
<li>transportation to and from MD Anderson in Houston
</li>
<li>hotels, housing, etc. in Houston
</li>
<li>treatment at MD Anderson or other clinics
</li>
</ul>

<div><strong>BUT GOD CAN, HAS, and WILL AGAIN!</strong>
