<div>Coach Francisco “Panchito” Doñan has given so much of himself to the game of soccer and to the young athletes in our community for years.

<div>Recently, Coach Doñan was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and kidney failure and has begun dialysis treatments three times a week. Dialysis is a life-sustaining treatment that is physically and emotionally demanding. As he focuses on his health and adjusts to this new reality, he is unable to work, and the timeline for his return remains uncertain.

<div>His wife is also temporarily stepping away from work to support and care for him through appointments and treatments. With a 14-year-old son at home, this unexpected season has created both emotional and financial challenges for their family.

<div><strong>Coach Doñan has always shown up for our kids. Now it’s our turn to show up for him. We are raising funds to help cover medical and everyday living expenses so the Doñan family can focus on healing — not financial stress.</strong>

<div>Recientemente, le diagnosticaron insuficiencia cardíaca congestiva y insuficiencia renal y ha comenzado tratamientos de diálisis tres veces por semana. La diálisis es un tratamiento que es física y emocionalmente exigente. Mientras se enfoca en su salud y se adapta a esta nueva etapa, no puede trabajar y el tiempo para regresar sigue siendo incierto.

<div>Su esposa también ha tenido que ausentarse de su empleo temporalmente para su cuidado y acompañarlo a sus tratamientos. Con su hijo de 14 años en casa, esta situación inesperada ha traído desafíos inesperados para su familia.
