<div>Hi! My names Grace Hillier!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On April 14th of 2025 my husband went to the endocrinologist as he was having issues with lows with his type 1 diabetes. His doctor changed is insulin to an extreme lower dose which put his body into shock. This was the beginning to my husbands fight for his life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The next morning he started throwing up blood so I rushed him to the hospital.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>over the course of the past almost year he’s had too many tests, hospital stays and more.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>as we started our journey with doctors in the south coast they just couldn’t figure out what was wrong..
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>on a beautiful sunny morning, my worst nightmare became the harsh reality of our lives. Chris was delirious, making no sense, eyes rolling to the back of his head I rushed him to Brigham and woman’s hospital in Boston. The moment we arrived he had a full rapid. The next hour was a blur. I thought I was walking out of that hospital a widow.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>fast forward, he has now been diagnosed with dysautonomia, hypoglycemic unawareness, hypertension, autoimmune neuropathy syndrome, inappropriate sinus tachycardia, and we’re still waiting on more.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>this has put not only a financial hardship, but has taken a tole on my children.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve lost almost every job due to having to take time off due to doctors appointments.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>at this point we have deprecated our savings and our harsh reality is we’re about to loose everything due to a doctors mistake.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>i am currently juggling taking care of Chris now that he’s disabled, going to college full time as well as working any chance I get as a per-diem CNA
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>we’ve never been the people to ask for help, but at this point we’re in desperate need of help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>if you’ve read this far, thank you so much.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>any bit helps, and if you can’t donate, please share and pray that we can get Chris to a point that he’s able to live a normal life again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>god bless
</div>
