<div>My name is Ashley, and I recently won my court case against the Crown of Canada/ RCMP after a long and difficult fight for justice. This victory was a powerful step forward — but the story doesn’t end here.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I now qualify to file an abuse of process claim to hold the RCMP accountable for their actions of misconduct.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This next legal step isn’t just about me — it’s about setting a precedent for others who face systemic abuse and are often silenced before they can fight back.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Legal action is expensive, and free legal aid does not cover this kind of claim. All funds raised will go directly toward the legal costs needed to file and pursue this case: court fees, legal research, filings, and representation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn’t just my fight — it’s a stand for accountability, transparency, and equal access to justice. If we can challenge abuse of power and win, it will create a ripple effect far beyond one case for all Canadians who have been wrongly persecuted by the RCMP.
</div>

</div>
<div> If you believe justice belongs to everyone, not just the powerful, I invite you to stand with me.
